Soil Observation and Monitoring Plan - Kirkland, WA
SNR designed and implemented an environmental screening program for 60,000 tons of soil
to be removed at a project in Kirkland, WA.  These soils were screened to determine if
potential contaminants of concern (COCs) were below MTCA Method A limits for unrestricted
use.

SNR designed a cost effective method to screen the soils and conducted the in-field
screening activities in accordance with USEPA and Ecology protocols that did not impact the
construction time line.  The screening allowed the soils to be used as unrestricted fill
materials at sites in the project vicinity.
